Refund Policy 

We want you to love your purchase. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange of any full priced items within 7 days of receipt of your online order.  

Please note that we cannot accept returned items that have been worn / tags removed. Should this be the case, your items will be returned to you and a refund not processed.  

Please note: There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

RETURNS ON FULL PRICED ITEMS T&C'S:  

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from date of receipt.  Please email us if you wish to return so we are expecting your return.
  • Shipping costs for both sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty. 
  • You can either be refunded the value of the return less the original shipping costs or issued a store credit less the value of the original shipping costs.
  • Purchases using a promo, discount, coupon code issued by us are considered full priced items.  

HERE’S HOW TO RETURN OR YOUR ITEM: 

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your online order atthestoreroom.sales@outlook.com. 
  • In your email, please provide your name and order number and specify your reason for return. If the item is faulty, please outline a description of the fault and attach a photo. You will be asked to print our return & exchange form and fill this out when returning your item to us.  
  • The item needs to be returned within 7 days of receipt or order.
  • The return item needs to be sent via a trackable method. Please retain your tracking number in the case of a missing parcel. We will not be held responsible for any lost packages sent to us for a return.
  • Postage costs for sending and returning of items are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  • A refund of the cost of the item will be issued, via original payment method, once we receive the item in original, unworn condition with tags attached minus any shipping costs. 
  • Our customer service team will handle return requests and particulars with you via email.
